Legislation put forward by Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick would require all home heating oil to include at
least a 2 percent blend of biodiesel by 2010.

As if ethanol in our automotive fuel wasn't dumb enough, Deval Patrick wants to follow that up with a mandate for us to burn food crops to heat our homes this coming winter.
