Very Nice.

How much reinforcement had to go into the base of the bridge where the outriggers mount?

Wow...sure is a pretty boat!!

All said and done I'm sure a new boat could have been bought...but what "NEW" boat would look like that, run like that, hold up like a 31 Bertram.

If I saw that at a boat show...I'd be on line for a tour.

Xcellent work Capt Pat.

Those aft windows are huge. Is it set up so the glass is viewable all the way down to the engine boxes from the interior out or is there dummy space at the bottom?

what a shocker!!.....another very well thought out, well engineered and cosmetically beautiful boat that anyone would be proud to own. anyone with good taste and the knowledge of what a "good" boat is.

Stunning! Simply Stunning!

Very similiar color schem that I am thinking about for my B20 Bahia.

Any chance you know the actual paint colors?

I was looking a Baffin blue for hull sides, darker blue chine stripe and oyster white deck.

Might need to change to a brighter white after seeing this!

Capt Patrick,
Another beauty you haven't lost your touch even in the Texas heat. People don't realize how much work goes into a restoration and all done by a single craftsman. When I was at the Miami Show on Friday night the old Buddy Boy was drawing more attention than the 60'&70' new stuff. People kept asking me who did the restoration, how many people it took and what did it cost to do it.
I told them Capt Patrick, by himself and around 10 times what the original boat sold for when it was new.
Congrats on another one Captain, who's next in line? or have you finally had enough fun restoring 31's.
Pete

Capt Pat sure knows how to make a LOOKER, keep it simple n sweet, not overdone just done right, from start to finish... I have an idea what it takes to make such a ride..the boats youve poured your heart into are alot like this sandbox..bigger than life..well done Capt Pat...BH

Beautiful Bert, Capt. We were actually admiring this boat at the KA Marina today. We are getting ready to do a full paint job on our 26. I was wondering if you would share who did your paint work on Rattle and Hum. Whoever they are they did a really superb job.

I am with JP you. Can paint the boat pink with yellow polka dots or any thing else that favors your ass but never, never mount any thing on the rounded upper structure above the brim of a 31 fbc .that is the gull wings on a 50 era SL MB or the radiator of a rolls royce, split window 1963 corvette.get the picture!!
