Forgot the brand name. Saw it at the Miami boat show like 3 years ago.

Jerry,
Liberty Yachts, built in Riveria Beach, I don't think they are in business anymore, pretty sure Joe and His dad sold the business.(I haven't been by the shop since last year). Real nice lines and layout, had engine boxes like the 31 not quite as high. All top quality materials and old school workers. They also made a 45'.
Pete.

Hola Pete !

Actually the one I like is the 45, one of my favorite boats after the B31 off course

I think you are right about them been out of business, no more website. Found this one:

There was an ice blue Liberty 42' that used to be on the Mystic River here in CT named Bobcat. She was one beautiful boat for sure!!! And quick! Owned by a doctor as I recall.

A bunch of us crawled al over the first 42 at the FLL show years ago...had 800 HP Man-grenades and they were asking $1 million for her...granite counter tops, etc. Nice looking boat but for a million you could do a lot better was my impression.

It's very cool to check out a stretched B31, I've eyed this boat on line more then a few times.

For the money I don't have I prefer the 36 Rybovich, 37 Merritt or 40 Whiticar. Most notably the open salon layout with no aft bulkhead.

Hey Walter and Randall I see "hooker" is for sale (40 whitecar). 39k with a decent set of cummins. Now that is a refurb waiting to happen. Always loved seeing that boat out on the water.
