I been inundated with calls about floscans because of fuel costs.

I got a couple of units sold, but if I can get enough orders, I can pass along a 40% off + shipping savings.

So if your interested, post or pm me for a price. To quote I need your engine make, model, hp, gas or diesel. If gas I need carbureted or FI.

I also need to know if you want the analog unit, digital, or digital with gps interface for mpg feature.

This is for persons really interested in buying please.

If your a lurker to the board and not a member, you can contact me anyways.

No credit cards as this will cut my profit margine to nothing.

Bruce,

I presently have the Floscan Twinscan system on my boat with 330hp Mercs.
Can this be converted to diesel use or do I have to start from scratch again?

One question, I have Yanmar 4LHA-STEs (2) and the Floescan web site indicates that to have the GPS interface, I would need model number U.S.: 970M-BOS-2K. Flowscan lists a retail price of $2900 and a factory direct price of $1885 for this twin engine, digital, system. Are you able to get 40% off of the factory direct price? If so, I am diffinately interested.

Thanks

Bill

Bill,

Bruce's 40% is off of list + S&H... The factory direct price is 35% off of list, so you'd be getting an additional 5% from Bruce, or a price of $1,740 + S&H. (Additional $145.00 off of fsctory direct price.) S&H will remain constant since Bruce will have the factory drop ship to your address.

Patrick

Is that a twin engine cost or per engine? I look forward to pricing info and thanks for doing this Bruce...

Mark,

In Bill's case, that is for a twin engine package...

You can find the appropriate model for a specific engine, gas or diesel, single or twin, by going to FloScan's Model Selector Page.

Some figures for twin engine applications, that means two engines. Shipping is extra and units will be drop shipped from the factory:

The difference in engine prices is due to flow rate. That determines the sensor model. Thay can be different.

Sorry Bill but that would be 75% off retail and as much as I like you guys, well most of you, I won't buy flowscans for your boats.

My wife is already complaining that due to the economy, her corner is slowing down and she no longer gets a better class of person.

Yanmar:
6LP/4LH analog: 1152.00
6LP/4LH digital/gps: 1744.80

Cat:
3116 analog: 1728.00
3116 digital/gps: 1950.00

3208 analog: 1152.00
3208 digital/gps: 1744.80

Volvo D4 160 analog: 1152.00, digital/gps: 1744.80

Cummins 6BT 270-330
analog: 1854.00
digital/gps: 2448.00

Gasoline:
analog: 369.99
digital/gps: 647.40

Twinscan: gas only 495.00

Now to make this work I need a certain amount of orders.
I won't collect check until I have that amount.

If you commit then I will hold you to it.
If you cancel after making a commitment you'd better show me a pic of your dead wife in her casket, otherwise I'll post that you suck.

Sorry for being blunt, but when I tried the CX a few years back a bunch of you, and you know who you are, stuck me with product after ordering and a few never paid for stuff sent.

I'm making just enough on this to buy my dog a new collar and its all for you guys, Pat knows what I pay for this stuff so he can attest to that fact.

Have a nice day and thank you for shopping at Sears.

I am going to have to follow Harry and drop out. Sorry for that, but I just spoke with the Cummins dealer and the used shafts we thought would work are coming up short. So I need to spend some more money on the repower.

Thank You for your efforts.

Interested, but I have questions. I recently developed a problem with tachs failing or jumping when the genset is on. Genset is newly replaced and I guess I have a mag field issue. I have faria gauges which my mechanic hates and suggested I replace with Livorsi.

Question, would the Flo-Scan replace the tach and be a better/calibrated device?

Thanks, Hal

by Bruce
Unless you have the genset sitting next to the guages I doubt its affecting the guages directly.

I suspect its the tach feed wires from the engine that's the problem, try using sheilded wire or remove any strong current wires from the bundle they run in.

If it is the feed wires, no tachs are gonna work right.
