Greg,
You have a big project ahead of you, good luck. I am guessing everything arrived in good condition.

I pulled up some pictures of the CC Tournament 30. It is a great looking boat. I like the bow flair.

What is the Faithfuls opinion on the CC Tournament 30, not as compared to the B31, but just as fishing platform.

Where did you find this boat, or more appropriately, where did it come from? I have a friend who loved them very much. He had one named Merlin in Mystic, CT, and thought they were great.

Good luck with the big job!

I pcked up mine in VA, I am up in New Jersey. They are a great boat, it is another Ray Hunt design. L&H took the hull and made some changes to make there boats!

Well I guess I’ll fess up to being a CC Tournament Sport Fisherman owner & a B31 lurker… Since not everyone can own a B31 I guess I’ll just have to be happy with what I have.

I can’t speak much in regard to what kind of a fishing platform it is....as I bought mine on a flat bed trailer & have been restoring in for the last couple years. (I’m slow) I’m expecting to splash it late August early September, run some trips over the winter (Gulf coast) & be ready for next season.

Regards,

DanielM
