Bikini top

Post by Tony Meola »

I am looking for the bushing that conforms to the railing that is on the end of the original Bimini top. One of mine went for a swim today.

If anyone who has converted to a hard top has one laying around and does not have a use for it, please let me know.

Carl

Thank you

I am going to try a clam rake and see if I can find it.

Let's see if lady luck is with me.

By the way it's this dam notepad. It must have a one track mind. It keeps changing it to bikini.

I too complained about autocorrect changing what I'd type in. That was till I shut it off and realized that AutoCorrect helps ALOT more than it hurts my typing skills.

That said, AutoCorrect has changed up many of my sentences to things not remotely close to what I thought I typed. My favorite is when I see something off, correct it BACk to what I wanted....check, double check then hit SEND. SEND has the words go back to Autocorrect version and off it goes to cyberspace.

All good and better than Speak to Type apps.

I agree 100% Tony...

What's funny is it can work perfectly when I could care less making me think it's actually a great asset...that is till I need to make an important call quickly.

Call Doreen,

Calling Don...Mobile. Is this correct?

No Call Doreen

Calling Don

No Doreen Doreen DOREEN, CALL DOREEN

Hello, Don here.

Hey Don, watz up... Do me a favor, can you call Doreen for me.

LOL

That's it. But yours at least gets close.

I say Call Arlene. Then it calls ED. Ugh. Not even close. Doesn't even sound similar.

I sent my sister a text once that was supposed to read "I am standing in the kitchen talking to Mother." and it came out "I am standing in the kitchen naked with Mother." That was embarrassing!

Now that's funny.

Carl

Believe it or not I fished the bushing out of the water. It was resting right at the base of the dock piling. Never knew we had oyster in the lagoon. Fished one of them out also. Big sucker. It went back to live another day.

Good for you Tony. I've searched for many objects that have gone over and cannot think of one I was able to find.

Well, that's not quite true.

Years ago on the hook for an overnight stay, we were getting ready to grill chicken for dinner. While setting the BBQ grill in pole holder the grates went in. With no other way to cook dinner, I too went in. Murky water, mushy bottom, but I found and we ate that night.
