Soundings and Dug/Alchemy

Post by John F. »

The November issue of Soundings came in the mail and I flipped through it yesterday. On page 68 there's an article about the B31 featuring our own Dug Stowe, his beautiful family, and the awesome looking Alchemy. Pretty cool.

Bob Norton referred him to me. It was a fun interview, and I think it came out well! Pretty cool! And Olivia likes being in the magazine too! :)

Nice

I will have to grab a copy.

They need to update that picture since Dug re-did the boat.

Hey Dug

The dog will be upset when he reads the article and see's no mention of him hanging out on the bridge.

Dug-

Just read the article. Nicely done. I can tell you i rarely fished, and Chris and I used ours primarily as a cruiser. Prior to the 2012 rendevous we spent 2 weeks out, with Mystic being our first time at a dock in 2 weeks. (we decided after that trip that 2 weeks was the limit). Any way, I can attest, fun boat to just cruise around on and explore. With the new to me bigger boat(Patriot) I miss being as close to the water as I was with the Bertram.....though it is nice to have a few creature comforts.

Anyway, enjoyed seeing the article, family pix, ect. Boat looks great!

Tony, I know, I was surprised no doggy mention. I have not chosen to read it to her, so I think I am safe for now. :)

Giff, thanks. Would love to see you around more! Maybe next summer we can get out to Block while you are out there. We only got out there once all summer!!! And for a day trip at that!
