Awlgrip's Awlcare for cleaning then overcoated with Rejex for continued protection from grime works well for my Awlgrip painted transom and hull sides. I have Chevy 350's with Holley carbs so my B28 is not eco friendly, try as I do my port side engine has always run too rich and soots up the transom...

Frank, I found the easiest solution for attaching more bonding wires to the copper bonding strap was to epoxy flat head bronze bolts to the bonding strap after pre-drilling the appropriate sized hole in the strap, assuming you do not have the perforated type bonding strap,in which case I used bronze...

Disconnect the chokes and see if that pins down the re-start issue, then either clean the choke springs or replace with new or electric chokes!

Neither do I want to do again ! It was the port outboard side stringer that was cut out, I had mis-remembered it as being the inboard stringer! Not a happy sight that day! If you have 2 left hands like me try Thermoply as well if you are looking for a non ' craftsman's' material to template with.
Not as easy to cut perhaps as doorskin but a little more 'forgiving' and 'robust'.

Your anecdotes bring back bad memories................when I was replacing the 'sisters' that attach to the stringers and form the engine beds my carpenter's helper decided to cut out the entire stringer on my port engine's in board side...........instead of unbolting and removing only the sister......

Rocky, At least the fellow driving the boat, responsible for all the pax safety, appeared to be the worse off - unless he was guilty of a soccer dive! The video does not show him getting up and the others did not appear too concerned for him......... so one can only assume he stayed down in embarras...

if I'm reading your post correctly.......... form/block out the drain tray's area and pour your epoxy over the bar top, then remove the form/blocking and insert the drain tray in the unepoxied area. Alternatively, if removable 'forms' or 'blocking' is too challenging release wise from the epoxy bloc...

Joe: You may have an issue with your placement pilaster/gunnel - the Lee's Jr bases are a 3 point mount and the pilaster would need space for 2 mounting points about 12" apart. You'd have to install the bases on the pilasters at a pretty acute angle due to the pilasters narrow width, meaning the rig...

The non skid particles will knock the gloss effect out quite considerably...........do a test board first if you are painting yourself, I had the same thoughts and the test boards I did calmed me down when I looked at them on deck...............

Looks like the disconnect process is covered. Check if your engines still have the lifting eyes on them, mine had their original L brackets with round eyes in them which we used as the lifting point.....first to get the engines off the mounts by hooking up and raising them slightly, then we set 2"x4...

Kevin: You are almost there..... engineer the hatch being flush to the cockpit step-down and use gas struts instead of electric for the hatch holders is what I would do ! Kevin: Your thinking as to the Berry Islands is spot on, sounds like you're looking for some motivation to get your 1 piece hatch finished soon! Crawfish season would be closed until August 1st, you might want to re-think your July visit dates? Berry Islands are good for shallow diving / spearfishing.
