After the racors as the pumps could clog from debris. Sorry UV.
They will refill as they suck fuel thru the system to prime secondary.

After changing filters and restarting engine, leave pumps on for 5 minutes while engine runs to aid in removing any air.

peter, replace the gauge, it is an essential piece of equipment. I would also replace the tire valve, cheap and the rubber gasket seal will go bad and leak. I've seen the system work on as low as 5psi.
All the pressure does is keep the fluid at the helm.

But the recomendation is 35.
20 works fine.

The water in the exhaust cuts quite a bit of noise and I don't think that the noise without mufflers is annoying.
Besides unless you are super insulating the engine box and surrounding spaces, the BTA series has enough static noise anyway.

Volvo posted useful life

I was looking over the new 260 CR Volvo's delivered to the shop today for a 31.

In reading the label on the engine next to model and serial it had a line that stated "Useful life". 1000 hours or 10 years.

1000 hours?

That kinda sucks. Glad it wasn't my recomendation to use the Volvo's.
