Chimera for sale

Post by JP Dalik »

It's time to move along, we have an opportunity to purchase a nice upgrade to chimera. She is going on the block in pristine turn key condition. Please pm for details.

Good Luck, it has to be a little like giving up one of the family.

I'm not sure that there is such a thing as a nice upgrade to Chimera. I am sure whatever you get, you will imbue with the same pragmatic elegance.

Trying hard to track something down. So far nothing sexy to my eyes that's project worthy.

37b would be bad ass but really hard to make chimera sexy

It's hard to leave leave the super hot one for the bigger sister but at 105 miles one way one average we really miss out on allot of fishing days because of size.

If I could just fall in love with I shore fishing we'd be set

I've always thought that "38 Specials" were pretty sexy !!
But you'll find something

What about a 36' Express?

I know this one has volvo's but is close!

Or this one?

She has cummins!

I think they are damned pretty...

And I agree on the 38' Specials! though they would likely need power as they were not very fast.

The Viking 45' is a GREAT boat too.

Jp, If your looking for a "well cared for" 37 b my Dads Westwater may be available in the near future, he is getting near the end of his boating career, owned her since 89, never let us down, always got us home safe even in some un-godly seas..if anyone could make her sexy it's one of us in this sandbox..or I may have to start planing my next rehab..I think I may have another one left in me..."maybe"! I hear yah Bob, not sure Rob and I have more than 1 rehab left in us. Way I see it we have two choices. Pay more or work harder. Not being the smartest people we will probably choose to work harder.

Trying to get through the sale of this one, then figure out what to do next.

Nothing like chasing the dream JP. If you dont get what you need you can always keep riding her hard and put her away wet till she can't take no more...
Still nothing like chasing the dream, thats a different ride all together

Congratulations. I am sure she will be missed. Hopefully you are not boatless too long.
