Steve,
Congrats on the new power plant, What amazing difference in condition of your northern fresh water boat, compared to what I usually see after years of neglect in salt water down here in Florida. I am going to be away from May 14 to May 21, I 'll be in touch with you after May 25-26, that should be enough time to finish up the boat.

Sweet! Congratulations; I remember when I hung my brand new Yamaha 150 on the transom of my four-year labor of love. Nothing like it! Anyone have a similar video of a pair of Cummins for direct comparison? Again, very nice!

I don't have a video but if you get a pair of fedex trucks in your driveway delivering qvc boxes to your wife my 250 6bs sound just about the same ;-) awesome.

No nerves at all, I have a great mechanic!

Really nice to just push the button.....AND IT STARTS! (Imagine that!) No strange noises to guess about anymore, and the traction of the diesel torque combined with the 4 blades is quite nice. It no longer sounds like an old hot rod car, but I'll forego that for the many benefits. It's actually very quiet, zero smoke or smell typically associated with diesel and this is without the deck or engine boxes on still.
