The Marina we used always used Barr risers for gas engines.

Sierra has a pretty good reputation. They will give you 5 to 7 years of service. That is pretty much the same as OEM in salt water. We use to change ours every 7 years no matter what. We had a connection at the time and only used Merc Cruiser. We could by them cheaper than aftermarket.
