Toms River danger buoy

Any local guys around Toms River know what the danger buoy might be at the mouth of the river?

I was up there l art Sunday, I did not see it. It must be new. Ray Belanger runs out of there all the time, maybe if he see' s this he will jump in.

Talked to my sailboat neighbor he said the danger buoy is because the channel marker pokes are missing.
