Re: Additional Water Tank or Bladder question
Steve, I did just that with Seachele. Put a bladder in , t'ed it in with 2 PVC. Shutoff valves. I used the port fish box and ran the line down between the motors. 40 gal for when Shell and I came over to the Abacos. Instant 58 gal of water, a little set up work but it worked. If you didn't move exha...

Well may regret this but had Seachele on the market and some guy comes along and buys her to tow behind his 100ft motor yacht as his fish boat.we've been using her as a stay aboard in Islamorada for about six months and we could use more room. Actually using the boat there more than in Stuart.I feel...

Try a pole spear with a rubber on the back end. Just side it back and clamp your hand down to hold it cocked. Take less. Effort than a sling to keep cocked, cuz those stupid hogs always go hide just as you're ready to shoot. Also a six foot pole spear can poke the nose of a nosy visitor examining yo...

Re: Roughed The Deck in 3/16 Aluminum diamond plate
Kind late 4am wakeup, but search surge tubes. Most cummins installs in 31s have a port engine crossover exhaust to prevent water into the turbo, stbd, just a loop. I think 21 or more inch rise is recommended.forget the exact number. Also mufflers can restrict back flow and surge tubes solve backdown...

Re: Another AC question, where to locate the cooling outflow
Dug, in Seachele i put a u shaped settee on the port side. Just forward of the port side bulkhead is where I put the unit. Now this is important. Put a hatch over it so you can disconnect and remove the unit( practice this ). You will need todo this at some point especially if you use it a lot like ...
