Cool boat, but if I were doing a 23, I’d start off with a Formula. They have some bow flair to keep you a little dry. That hull looks like a 31 hull with almost no flair. Any idea on beam?

Sorry if I wasn’t clear. My only point was that my local West Marine told me that they got a real lot less antifreeze in for this year than they have in the past, and that they weren’t getting any more this season. So, get it while you can.

Crows Nest has 8.2 DDs at 300 hp per side. The engine boxes were extended about 11" per side for the motors/gears, so they go past the engine bulkhead by 11". I haven't spoken to him in years, but an acquaintance here in Annapolis had a 31 FBC with 350s and he had really respectable numbers. I seem to remember a 20 knt or better cruise with better burn than my 454s. I'd guess a Bahia would do better.
