Re: 35 Bertram 700K 61 Bertram @2mil or a CenterConsole at
I was out in Montauk a week or two ago. There was a guy unloading a bunch of tackle off of a 53’ Hydra Sport. He was bringing it across the dock to his 60’ plus Bertram. Pretty good set up. Hydra Sport to run, and Bertram apparently as a high priced, depreciating summer house. Fun to watch however a...

Re: Repower Question
That is a great question. In my humble opinion, the most important part of deciding on repower options, is who will your mechanics be. You need to be able to trust them. I love Cummins. They make a great engine. It is a popular and successful repower option as a brand of engine worth considering for...

From the Godfrey site...
Godfrey offers the only corrosion collar with a unique brass core. This assures permanent electrical connection by holding the collar around the propeller shaft until all last traces

Because we hash things every way possible and it usually helps! Consider Godfrey zincs. They are great and have eliminated the slippage you talk about for me. They are a tad more expensive but you only need one per shaft because they maintain contact with the shaft until they are gone so they last l...

Miz,
You cannot tell anything about the shaft configuration from the blade style. Just drop the rudders (both, if you are replacing anyway why does it matter?) and take them in with you as Tony said. Then you can get new bearing while you are at it.
Good luck!

But it has a long way to go to match the outboard cc’s for sure.
