I asked a friend who does the paving why didn’t they wait till after the sewer project to pave, or they didn’t know about the sewer project. His answer was simple, they knew about the sewer project, but paving was on the schedule.

Replacing the stringers n bulkheads is part of the job...the other part is removing and replacing everything else. Ugh. If going that route maybe consider a donor hull and move everything over. Did I say ugh?

Believe it or not, its the wettest boat I've ever had. I removed the front teak spray rails as they were rotted and it was a huge mistake. On windy days all the spray goes directly towards the captain. Gee I never experienced that on a 31 Bertram....must be a Hatteras thing. LOL, I'm quite familiar...
