Craig has the PVC rail for close to 10 years now, and the drip guards, and he still gets streaks in the hull.

He also keeps his boat extremely clean, so if he gets them- everyone will!

you will still get drip lines down the hull with PVC, it has nothing to do with the rail, it has to do with the amount of pollutants in the air resting on your boat and then getting washed down with the rain.

how did you remove the baffles?
saws-all?

or did you grind down the glass around the rivets so that you could drill them out and remove them?

Im guessing a saws-all?

grinding the glass down to remove the rivets is what takes time, and of course putting all the rivets back in.

you need to cut the tank where Bertram put it together, its a shoe box design. You will have to drill out all the rivets to get the baffles out, there are hundreds of them holding the baffles in place. There is more involved, too much to really list or describe until you are already into the project.

the mahogony 5200 wont match your wood, but the tan might, the tan matched a moon dust color pretty good.

otherwise check a kitchen and bath place for something closer to the color.
