Yeah, they are pretty strong from top to bottom. Guess they were sandbagging in the first half, not a single first down, then reel off 42 unanswered points and could have scored more. Tommy, I've been a wannabe bookie all my life. At the office we used to bet on which phone line would light up next....

Watching ESPN's Game Day show featuring The Weasel, Lil' Nikky Sabin pontificating on how good his Ala. team is and how unfair it is that they might not get to play LSU for the BCS champ game on Jan. 9th. Talk aboiut grovelling, he's as bad as Nancy Pelosi trying to sell a tax increase. The show is ...

The prices are not much different than a full 6 days of fishing at TSL during the off season when they are always covered up with huge tuna. We have seen schools of YF tuna there in June that will scare ya.....plus you get the marlin, sails, and inshore stuff too. I've never been on one of the long ...

Managed to recently ruin one of my prize TSL t-shirts by getting a 4" side grinder tangled in it with me inside. Minor injury to me but major to the shirt. The good news is TSL just came out with a new line of t-shirts with some for $15 and I've ordered some new ones. http://www.tropicstar.com/onlin...

I'm with Tony, we had an ice age not too long ago, in geoloic time. Climate change is a natural process, while weather is a short term reaction to various enviromental condtions such as sea water temps. 3 miles or 300 miles is the same if the water is over your head and its too far to swim to the bank, so all this talk about "offshore" vs. "inshore" survival gear is garbage to me. If the boat sinks you need to (a) not drown, and (b) be found before you expire. Good life jackets, life rings, and a r...
