Mine was loaded on a trailer with a crane - and was told it was right around 14000 lbs.
FBC - 330 Cummins - Next Generator - Hardt top etc, (I didn't have much fuel) 340 gallons of fuel is 7.1 lbs per gallon - so at 340 gallons you are at 2,414 for just fuel...

Funny, I also did a search for old wheels. I do not mind restoring a wheel for the aesthetic. Though not original - "Uncorked" does have an older boat vibe to everything that I have done to it. A vintage wheel would tie this in nicely https://cimg3.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.thehulltruth.com-vbulletin/2000x...

Just my experience - but PB Blaster works better for control cables (transmission and engine (teleflex style) controls) Kroil works better at breaking down corrosion on fastners.

You could also replace the rollers with some flexible wood supports. I did that on a thistle sailboat I was doing some work on the stringers one time. My 28 (a 1986) always seemed to run better on her toes in the top end of the rpm band. Not good for gas mileage - but ran better that way. I'd always thought that if I repowered her (she has 260 mercruisers) - that I'd probably do a pair of 383's or an LS3 aluminum engine. The problem when you get f...
