Hello Bruce, was just looking for a maintenance guy basically. Impellers, belts, general maintenance stuff. I have the old remans 6 BTA's . Took Uncle Vic's advice on most of it . put them in 12 or so years ago, and still luv em . Thanks in advance Russ Sorry for late come back, was away

degree of deradrise

Hello all , does anyone know the degree of deadrise on our 31 bertrams ? I'm trying to purchase a transducer for a new unit . I think it's 21 degrees but not sure . Thank you in advance. Russ- Rascal

Hi Tony, yes you are correct. John has his done year before i did . HMS HOUND was the name .Haven't seen John in a while. Best engines for repower in my opinion . As UV use to say, the money is in the iron, so true !

I had the repower done 10 years ago . I did a lot of the grunt work and Carvers in Point Pleasant N J did the work. I believe he told me it was his 12th 31 repower . I mu st say, I have had 0 problems with these engines . Overnite canyon trip, 100 nm. 1 way burn 160 gal. Not a bad thing to say about...
