In 2014 we exceeded the goal by l little over $2,000 and in 2015 we exceeded by just over $1,000. By those two numbers, I'm projecting we'll come up short of the goal by $1,000 by year's end at...

Ed, Do you have tint film on the windows? That's a common cause of cracked safety glass. These types of pumps operate by pumping water through 4 small round valves. Each valve increases the pressure from the previous valve ending up with the final discharge pressure. They are quiet and very dependable. Basically a type of pulsating pump that will need a small pressure tank to smooth out...

Coosa would be less work from my view point and zero chance for future water damage. Bed it in with thickened epoxy and a single layer of glass should do it. Lap the glass onto both the hull and inside of gunnel, (in essence creating an box channel).

Frank,

After you rip out the old plywood, replace it with 3/4" or 1" Coosa Board and add a layer of 1208 or 1708 biaxle. If you can't obtain the Coosa Board, (or similar product), go ahead and use plywood, just make sure it's fully sealed out with epoxy.
