Anthony, You are correct on the fact that the plywood bulkhead is a bad design. Overall been happy with the boat, but the way it was put together, makes me wonder why Bertram had such a good reputation. For just little extra work, it could have been done so much better. Is there a chart for Lumens, since that seems to be what the LED packages are rated in?

Now it seems to be that a 120w old type incandescent bulb is rated at 800 lumens.

I think that's what happened to those batteries.
I had to change out my battery charger as it fried, and that is when lost those 2 batteries.
