I believe the tanks were only tabbed to stringers in a couple spots, at least mine was. Cut the tabbing, used a long saw blade to cut away the foam around tank. Couple clamps on lip of tank to a chain fall attached to a heavy pipe laid across gunnel. That n drove a couple wedges till it broke free.

I think the wood is covering the molded chine to give a flat wall. My boat had the wood, but only glued in spots falling apart under the rug the last owner laid down. Remove the wood and you will have a void.

A thought on reducing crating and shipping cost may be to cut the two side sections at the pillars. They could easily be lined up and glassed on site, may even make for an easier install. Anyway, I'd be interested...only need the front section for my upper Express helm.

Yannis- Shower drain flows into a shower pan mounted under shower which contains the pump. Pump "sees" water and turns on discharging overboard../being grey water you want it out so install one way valve. Pump I have seen is oftern a bilge pump with floating switch...but could be smart pump or as KT...

Kinda sound like a smart bilge pump. The pump cycles at a set time period, if it feels the resistance of water the pump turns on.
