Fuel Issues

Have an 1970 Baron. Topped off the 100 gallon tank recently with 30 gallons of ethanol-based gas, and then the attendant told me of the ethanol issues. Not good.
Anyways, getting a lot of water in my filter now. Read all the stuff below on the issue. Fix seems to be up in the air, short of metal tank install. Putting in an extra filter in the meantime.
In terms of the fuel in the tank now, is it best to run it all out as soon as possible and replace with all ethanol or just use it gradually as I normally would-1 tank/month?
