Hey Hal.

The food was phenomenal. They have a french trained chef who reportedly used to be Norieaga's chef. He had plenty of help in the kitchen. Full breakfast, lunch on the boat, and a 4 course meal every day, as well as hors d' ouvres on arrival after fishing each day.......Given the remote setting, I was astounded at the level of food and service. I fished with Trip the first day.....ask him about the 500 lb. blue he had on....also inquire about the boat handling skill of our skipper. I remember him turning to me after a particularly deft move, in full reverse, by the Captain, and he said " Did you see what he just did???? Did you see it. I can't believe what I just saw." Those guys had single lever cotrols on the stripped down 31's, and could really make em dance. I saw us doing 5 knots on the gps....in reverse, one time chasing down a sail.
