I used bilge coat several years ago and sanded and wiped with solvent. I am very unhappy with the results. It is starting to flake off in spots and stains very easy. I would go with the paint awlgrip has for bilges. So, I don't know the name but have seen other people have great results with it! You could ask Holtz boat works they use it!
