I am going to reline, but I have a 25B with a single 85 gallon tank.
Here at the marina we just took out a tank out of a 1975 28 Bertam in one piece with the help of a fork lift and hydralics. The inside looked darn near perfect finished with gelcoat.
As far as the baffles and the top removal they must of rivited then installed the top, if not drill out and fill back in when glassing the top back on.
Only looking to do this once, the materials I will use will with stand a high ethanol ratio.
