Help with Filter Numbers...Please!!!!

Hi. I am struggling to find adequate spares in my country El Salvador. I have a B31 with Cummins 250's (6bta5.9-M(250)) Engine serial numbers 44318961 and 44566924. Can somebody help me find alternate fuel filters?? I currently use

Primary - Racor 2010SM
Secondary (Spin On) - ACDelco TP1067

I need to find substitutes for these. I cant find them here. Can somebody please help.
Is there a website where I can input serial numbers for engines.
