Fuel could certainly be the problem but.....You could also have an ignition problem. I would swap the coils from the engine thats running good and see if the problem follows the coil. I have had similar problems (lots of years ago) with a 350 CI engine and what I found was that the bottom of the coil had rusted thru and the oil had drained out and the coil was over heating. Most likely your coil is a "Dry Type" but they fail also.
