John, mine just did the same thing.Bruce walked me through the trouble shooting procedure. the 10 amp fuse is located on the back of the refrig on the left hand side, just below the the power pack. if fuse is good check voltage at compressor. if none like mine the power supply is proibly shot. price $240 thats the price from the service center dropped shiped to the house.
