I liked the idea of coating the tank, but if the porous fiberglass walls are comprimised or full of contaminents will anything stick. Too much work to guess. I went aluminum and will take the wait and see from there.

As to running it with goo, it can be a long ride home limping. Listening to an engine, or engines with bent rods an missing is un-nerving to say the least. Will I make it across the channel or will it finally crap out.

Tank is 2units andTechton to clean is 60 bucks.
