Is it chine walk?

Is it chine walk or does the B31 just ride so high on the vee that it falls hard over. I remember a 47 Buddy Davis repowered with MAN's that would start to plane on the keels flat surface and then of course it would fall over. The fall over was the not so fun part of the show. The resolution in that case was to shave the keel.

Just Curious.
