Mike,

If you fit it crosswise just behind the engine boxes and stowed a bunch of gear in the V-berth to help compensate for the weight shift aft, you shouldn't have much problem with running characteristics.

You might have to plug up your scuppers temporarily and fill the bladder after the engines are running. I presume you're diesel powered...
