This is my opinion at least for 35B's. Stick with the factory Nibral 20x22 with a big cup for 300HP 3208Cats. Gear is 1.5:1. All the prop shop guys were telling me I needed to go to four blades. I did some research over one winter and found not one no not one guy running four blades on the 35B's could match my numbers at any rpm range. My boat still makes the factory manual numbers that came with the boat.
Next spring I asked several prop shops to guarantee I would pick just one stinking knot at mid rpm 2350 and only loose one knot at 2800. I had no takers. Most four blade stuff is hype for boats our size. Here is what they would guarantee a smoother ride (subjective at best) and loose some maneuvering ability around the dock especially in reverse.
I say stick with three bladed Nibral with at least a medium cup. Cup is very important on three blades.
