Rawleigh - no, I've never had the oil analyzed and probably won't. The Cummins 6B's are famous for low oil pressures tho. The first 100 hours they use zero oil then it starts to need a quart at about 125, so that's when I change it. It's either getting diluted or just breaking down a grade. On the other hand, they have not used any oil at all since Katrina.....
