Oak Bluffs Rendezvous Dinner and Prices

OK Guys, Time to shell out some money for the Oak Bluffs Rendezvous Aug 4-6. Here is the list of people I have on my list so far:

In addition to the boats we have a few people so far that are coming without a boat:
Andre and his guests and one Timmy.

I am sure there are others out there, but we have a pretty good gathering of confirmed people. The final price for the cookout dinner is:

$20 each for facility
$35 for each Adult Dinner
$5 for each Child Dinner (Under 12 years old sort of break off)

So basically $55 for adult and $25 for kids.

The Club is private, so all liquor is “bring your own” as well as soda etc. You pass a liquor store on the way around the harbor. I will supply ice and cups. Please send a check and a list of the number of adults and children for the dinner to me at:

I will send you back a ticket for the dinner and the entry fee which you should bring with you to the dinner (I’ll have a list for those forgetful people, but I don’t want to spend the night tracking people down). Also, note that Neil has drummed up quite a few things to give away and we will use your entry tickets to determine who wins. This time the item to be given will be shown before the ticket is drawn.

Please don’t wait till the last minute to send the money. I have to pay for the club at the end of the month ($2,000 + $350 for insurance). All extra money (if any) will go directly to Capt Pat, and if short, I’ll foot the bill.
