Same thing here in Ft. Myers. Marinas selling out to developers left and right. Fewer and fewer marinas now. Going to have to let the Gov't do something like Public Yacht Clubs etc. I'm just glad I made a good decesion 20 years ago. The insurance is getting out of site though. Mine was dropped on the home . State Farm took me but at an increase of 64%.Keys are worse Insurance costs of $8,000 per year are very common on an average home there. I'm gettin the felling that the Oil companies and Insurance companies own us.Gotta Be a better way! Dave K
