Sorry I missed this post earlier... JP is right about McMaster-Carr. But it's impossible to link to a specific product group on their sight because the sight functions as search directory.

Go to their home page, (linked below), and In the upper left hand corner search box, paste in the following search string:

Fiberglass (FRP) Channels

When that page loads, first select the link in the right hand window that says:

Plain Fiberglass (FRP):

The result will be the selection of products they carry. You have to select each variable one at a time until you you narrow the search to the item that you want.

In the structural U channel category the variables include:

Length

This may be a difficult site for you to navigate & time for your better half to do the visual surfing...
