Thanks for the encouragement, I owned property on the water front up north, kept the boat on a mooring right behind my house, no problem, but the New England winters took a toll on my knees. Moved down here 10 years ago, out west away from coast, should have bought on canal system in North Palm area when prices were reasonable(300K) now you can't touch anything for less than a million. I guess it's time to let go of the boat after owning her for 29 years, feels like cutting off part of me to do it. This is just the start of the hurricane madness, I'm going up to Salem,Mass for 5 months in July. Stay safe this summer.
