Boy Pete I'm sorry to hear that. That is outrageous! That's why years ago I put the pencil to work and bought on the water in 1988 in Ft. Myers Beach , Hurricane Bay. I could never afford it now. Now from $35K(1988) a lot to $700,000 a lot today plus your dwelling costs.I'm a millionaire and don't have two nickles to rub cause it's all tied up in solid assets. Life's a joke. Make the best of it pal. Got to go with the cards your delt with. I use to be a golfing nut when I was a teenager but succomed to the business world earning a living. Now I'm a fishing nut as long a my health hold out. Overnighter's are killing me nowadays. Can't fight gravity. I have bad knees too but in the summer it doesn't bother as much. Day by day my friend. Getting a nice rain out of this system Looks like the northern part of the state is going to get the brunt of it. They say the winds are increasing now a little and my meteoroligst friend is getting a little antsy. We need this rain despertly. Hope you sell your 31 soon. Dave K
