Boat Yard Price Increase/Price Reduction

To the faithful, I got a notice from the boatyard that my storage fee was going up the first of July and no fork lift service will be avalaible . I an paying $426.00 per month for out of the water dry storage, new fee is $2.00 per foot per day which will come out to $1860.00 plus tax. I am in the process of trying to find a yard in the West Palm area that has room and is affordable. This has forced me to reduce the asking price on my running 1961 31 Express to $45,000. So if anyone is looking for a running gas boat that needs very little work(less than 250 hours on Mercruiser 7.4L FWC throttle body fuel injected engines) please let me know. I am also having more problems with my right knee(I've had 2 replacements on it so far, looks like my boating days are over). The big developers are really raping the boating public here in West Palm area and I've had just about all I can take. After 50 years of boating I'm going golfing.
