I take the strain off the pin by pulling on the front strut, pull the pin, then do the other one, glab both front struts and lower the bimini to the rear. mine folds up on the back lip of the bridge. Very quick and easy!! The back straps have enough give in them to make it easy to put down while still holding the Bimini nice and tight. Mine only has the two diagonal front braces, but I don't see why you couldn't use the 4 strut setup you have on the front! take off the rear brace, change it to a strap and see how it works. Twist the rear straps so that they don't hum. If you like it change the front brackets to quick releases and you have it. Quick, easy and cheap. Rawleigh
