Capt.Pat. I am going to coat my aluminum tank with Devatar 5A .First I am prepping the tank with alumaprep33, when I purchased the alumaprep they recommend using alodine. Is this a must do step or can I just devtar the tank after the alumaprep33. How rough or etched does the tank have to be for adhesion of the devtar?
