I live in Pennsville, were Del Mem Bridge enters NJ. Best way would be 95N to Delaware Bridge, take 1st exit for Pennsville once over the bridge, that puts you right on Rt49 east to Bridgeton. In Bridgeton take Rt47 to Cape May Court House, where you jump on the parkway right to the Cape. You can can be in Cape May from Pennsville in just under 1.5 hrs. Rt40 and 55 can be a real mess.

Just a thought.
