i took capt. patrick advice and went with solo.they are drop dead gorgeous,standard on rybo,merrit,viking 55'+,bertram.the solo handles operate a stainless gearbox than ballbearing cables.the address and details are in the "links"section.i made the pod over the winter built like a violin with bookmatch burmise teak and i put the gauges under a glass cover.i put a richie ss compass at the top edge the area on both sides of the pod are now clear for electronics .
