Outriggers fading. What do you use to make em shin

This has probably been discussed a thousand times but I need help here. My rupps are starting to fade/oxidize. They are not pitted at all, just cloudy. They still shine like new in some spots. I have used never dull but it doesn't last long. A quick fix that also doesnt last long is some CRC or WD40 on a rag.
What have you found to be the best product to keep them shining??????
