The "event" is on the first weekend in August. So people arrive Friday Aug 4 and leave Sunday Aug 6. There is a dinner at the East Chop Beach Club on Sat the 5th. You might be able to get a slip, but I talked to Todd (the Harbor Master at the Oak Bluffs Marina) and he said that the place is booked up with way too many Bertrams (last count was more than 25-30 boats) However, I have a reservation that I made for someone who does not have a boat now and if you contact me I could give you his slip.

I will be collecting for the dinner very soon now so if any of you out there have signed up and have not sent me an e-mail, please do so I can send a group e-mail on the dinner.
