Took on the same project this spring:
1. 3/4" plywood + laminate for the bulkheads
2. 1/4" starboard in the cockpit
3. Old door was OK
4. New polycarb windows panes
5. New bridge spray shield
6. New Racors

I think Matt was referring to the bulkhead in the engine compartment though. Below the door and cabin bulkheads. Sounds daunting.
