Yup, send a thank you to the EPA & your representatives.

Then what's a few boat tanks compared to the water supply of those affected by MTBE leakage? Here in MD, there's several class action lawsuits over MTBE.

wait and watch for the signs or go a head and rip out the tank now. Just depends on how you consider the risks of each way. As for me I'm waiting and watching.
